Massage & Block Therapy Combo

Using a combination of massage techniques, stretches, resisted movements- customized to each person!
Block therapy is incorporated into the massage to some extent based on assessment to address fascial adhesions, offered on the floor, table or chair.
Cupping, taping and reflexology may be included upon request.


Reflexology & Block Therapy Combo

Addressing the nerve endings to create a whole body approach to healing in either the feet or face. Typically relaxing- you will lay under covers to stay warm while reflex points are stimulated. Block therapy will be incorporated upon assessment to improve circulation and awareness.


Virtual 1:1 Block Therapy

REQUIRED- rolled up towel, block baby/ buddy. ( Rentals available upon request).
No time to come into the office? Work with me as I guide you virtually through block therapy movements. Find a comfy spot at home, on the floor, couch, chair or bed. Wearing comfortable clothing you will be guided through a series of movements with block placement and diaphragmatic breath to find to root cause of your pain and melt through fascial adhesions. You will be in each position of a minimum of 3 minutes, I may incorporate overpressure depending on your preference. Not only does block therapy address fascia, it works with circulation, lymph flow, strength, meditative states and pain reduction.

Using diaphragmatic breathing, block placement and progressive relaxation you are guided to a state of relaxation. This can be a standalone treatment or added to any service before or after.
